EVENTS & SPONSORSHIPS
Show up with a plan, not just a logo.
Event opportunities are evaluated by audience, date, market, venue, service plan, product quantity, rights, visibility, content, logistics, exclusivity, and measurable value.PRODUCT & BUSINESS BRIEF
Details before hype.
Product supply
A supply request should identify date, city, venue, expected attendance, service points, estimated consumption, cold storage, load-in, responsible onsite contact, and the party paying for product and logistics.
The final quote confirms quantity, assortment, handling, delivery assumptions, and exclusions.
Sampling and activation
Sampling requires more than inventory. The plan should cover permitted location, staffing, food and beverage rules, cold chain, waste, data capture, brand presentation, and post-event reporting.
Any consumer data collection must disclose its purpose and follow the approved consent flow.
Sponsorship review
Sponsorship proposals should include audience evidence, media plan, category rights, deliverables, exclusivity, content ownership, measurement, budget, and decision timeline.
No organizer is authorized to announce Pronto, use its marks, or promise product until approval is documented.
